Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026

This website is operated by Patrice Peterson, REALTOR®, with Silvercreek Realty Group. We respect your privacy and collect only the information needed to help you with your real estate needs.

Information we collect

This website itself does not collect personal information. Contact requests, home valuation requests, saved searches and account sign-ups are handled on our property search site (see below). Our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to protect the site from abuse.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, provide real estate services you request and send information you ask for. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Property search, contact and valuation forms

Home search, listing pages, our contact form and home valuation tool are provided by our IDX partner (Lone Wolf / Propertybase) on a separate website. If you create an account or save searches there, that information is handled under their privacy policy and is used to deliver listing alerts and connect you with Patrice.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. You can opt out using your browser’s privacy settings or Google’s opt-out tools.

Text messages and calls

If you provide your phone number, Patrice may call or text you about your inquiry. You can ask to stop at any time.

Data retention and your choices

We keep inquiries only as long as needed to serve you. To request that your information be updated or deleted, contact us at the email address below.
